Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Inbound & Inventory Controller to join their team! In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in supporting the management of all aspects of logistics operations across an array of Samsung Electronics Australia's divisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Coordinate inbound shipments with 3PLs, ensuring timely arrival, accurate documentation and prompt system closure.
* Support issue resolution across inbound operations, including customs clearance, document validation, shipment redirection and spare parts logistics.
* Prepare reports, consolidate data and work with relevant teams to meet operational priorities and compliance requirements.
* Monitor and reconcile inventory daily, resolving system discrepancies with warehouses and cross functional teams.
* Process inventory tractions in systems and support inventory checks, cycle counts and stock takes when required.
* Support ad hoc projects such as rework, SKU reduction, abnormal stock clearance and warehouse related initiatives.
* Assist with internal and external surveys or inquiries as needed.
* Perform additional tasks related to inbound or inventory operations as assigned.
About You
* High-level understanding and competence within SAP.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
