Our specialists are supported by an incredible team of highly skilled nurses who have dedicated their careers to emergency and specialist care, and by receptionists who bring calm, clarity, and reassurance to what can often be a challenging and emotional environment. This team ensures every client and patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a confident, calm, and empathetic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy veterinary hospital. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting both pet owners and colleagues, and can balance efficiency with genuine care.
What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them with warmth and
professionalism
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and client enquiries with accuracy and
empathy
- Support pet owners during stressful moments with reassurance and
understanding
- Assist the veterinary team by keeping workflows smooth and organised
- Handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining
attention to detail
What you'll bring:
* Confidence under pressure and the ability to stay calm in busy situations
* Strong communication skills with a caring, empathetic approach
* Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability

* Previous receptionist or customer service experience
