Key Role Responsibilities
Help the company develop effective marketing strategies and position the business in the market.
Enhance brand awareness and increase lead generation.
Design and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Organize and manage real estate events such as property expos and client appreciation events.
Work closely with the sales team to assist in converting leads into actual transactions.
Effectively manage the marketing budget and allocate resources appropriately.
Create high-quality content for websites, and social media in line with brand objectives.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, sponsorships, events, and KPIs.
Person Capabilities Essential
Background in marketing, media, or related fields.
Familiarity with major media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
Excellent marketing planning and execution skills.
Strong ability to analyze customer needs and develop targeted marketing plans.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external media.
3 years of relevant work experience preferred, with a basic understanding of the real estate industry.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
