City Larder is redefining wholesale with restaurant-quality service in a wholesale environment. We specialise in chef-made charcuterie, cooked proteins for foodservice and stocks, alongside a boutique portfolio of some of Australia and Europe's finest food producers.
We're looking for an Office & Sales Logistics Coordinator to deliver premium service, grow customer relationships, and help drive sales. This is a role for someone who thinks like an owner, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in turning opportunity into growth.

What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers – providing impeccable service and converting enquiries into sales.
* Manage wholesale orders from local Victorian customers and interstate distributors.
* Coordinate logistics and organise daily order dispatches.
* Proactively upsell and cross-sell across both City Larder and boutique European and Australian lines.
* Strengthen relationships with premium clients.
* Liaise with all departments of the business to help manage inventory and order flow.
* Utilise our existing systems (Cin7, Xero, Hubspot, etc.) in order to complete the daily checklist.

What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail, and premium service standards are essential.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven sales and customer service experience.
* An entrepreneurial mindset – someone who takes ownership and spots opportunities.
* Experience in wholesale food or logistics (preferred but not essential).
* A warm, friendly, conscientious team-focused professional who is enthusiastic to help build the office team.
