Merchandise Coordinator- Bonds Intimates| Pyrmont (FTC 12 Months)
Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this is a great opportunity for a detail oriented and commercially minded professional to support the execution of merchandise plans across the Bonds Intimates business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and execution of seasonal product assortments
* Maintain pricing, costings, and product data accuracy across systems
* Assist in preparing go to market presentations and product documentation
* Create and manage product lists, catalogues, and matrices
* Coordinate sample orders and track progress through to delivery
* Organise and take notes in key meetings, ensuring timely follow ups
About You
* Experience in a merchandise, product, or retail coordination role (or a closely related area)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision making
* Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
* Well organised, with a strong attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* A collaborative team member who builds positive relationships across teams
* Adaptable and comfortable working with change and ambiguity
