About the Role
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across the business to deliver data-driven insights, financial modelling, and strategic analysis that supports decision-making and drives business performance. You'll play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the group.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Executive Leadership and SG&A stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and cost management.
* Deliver periodic rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting processes
* Lead month-end analysis, including variance analysis, commentary, and performance insights
* Prepare and present monthly management reports and executive packs
* Drive cost optimisation and profitability improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with global finance teams (including UK stakeholders)
* Provide ad-hoc financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case support

About You
You are a commercially astute and analytically strong professional with a passion for driving business outcomes through insight.
You will bring:
* 5+ years' experience as a Commercial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Finance Business Partner
* Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling capability
* Demonstrated success in cost management and performance improvement
* Advanced Excel skills (modelling, forecasting, analysis)
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, TM1 or similar analytics tools
* A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
