Position
Service Desk Officer, reporting to the Service Desk Manager, will be the first point of contact for all IT‑related support requests, responsible for triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
Classification: HS1 - HS2 (based on experience; less experienced and current IT student candidates will be considered).
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,247.80 - $2,568.00.
Hours per fortnight: 76 or 80 (with an ADO every 4 weeks).
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time.
Closing Date: 28/11/2025.
Responsibilities
* Handle a wide range of Service Desk activities within the IT Services Department.
* Manage and own incidents and service requests.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
* Assist with documentation of solutions and contribute to development of policies, procedures, and other IT‑related projects.
* Ensure the role is performed onsite at Bendigo Health.
