Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialist


Description:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create effective job postings that attract the best candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful talent acquisition and will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to analyze data to inform their recruitment decisions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct workforce planning to profile forecast manpower demand supply capabilities and budgeting design organization charts and compose job descriptions
* Undertake recruitment processes to fulfill staffing needs through talent acquisition methods and initiatives to attract scout track applicants screen select and hire up to probation handling
* Responsible for internal staff movement transfer rotation and internal posting
* Lead employer branding pride and image through Talent Acquisition process including diversity equity and inclusion


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferably in HR Industrial and Organizational Psychology Management Business Administration or Social Sciences minimum GPAX 3.00
* Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Talent Acquisition preferably from Recruitment Agencies and Corporate Communications
* Good English TOEIC score at least 750
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Infographics familiarity with social media as recruitment AI tools is advantageous
* Able to lead and conduct structured interviews from junior to senior levels capable of initiating and introducing Selection Instruments
* Excellent planning communication negotiation and interpersonal skills


Requirements:

Experience in Human Resources functions particularly in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Good understanding of labor laws and regulations Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software systems
