We are a local, family owned cleaning supplies business looking for a motivated and reliable sales & warehouse assistant to join our busy team. This is a hands on role that combines customer service, sales processing and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities:-
*Assist with sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
*Process customer orders via email and phone.
*Stock shelves and maintain a high standard of presentation of the retail space.
*Assist with general warehouse and administrative duties.
*Pick orders and assist loading delivery vehicles.
*Unload pallets and manage incoming goods.
*Order and monitor supplies as required.
* Other duties as required.
About you:-
*Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential.
*Hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.
*Capable of safely lifting up to 25kg and awkward shaped items.
*Tech savvy.
*Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence
