About this role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Trainer to work with our talented sales team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding curriculum, content, and delivery for new and tenured Account Executives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze training effectiveness, and create engaging role-specific training materials.
Responsibilities
* Schedule new hire onboarding groups and create training schedules
* Coordinate session presenters and own the sales employee onboarding program in APAC
* Detect opportunities for improvement by analyzing sales trainings
* Create role-specific training materials from new hires to tenured staff
* Collaborate with sales managers and Commercial Enablement to develop curriculums and define success measures; rollout new information and drive adoption of new ways of working
* Maintain training tools and ensure training materials are current
* Develop and maintain a feedback loop with the sales training team and new hires; review adjustments regularly
* Generate sales training materials for new product releases and coordinate with regional sales leaders and product champions
