We are looking for a dynamic, organised, people-loving Admin Wizard to become the welcoming face of our office. Someone who can sprinkle order, calm, and professionalism into a fast-paced environment while reflecting our core values in everything they do.
About the Role – Your Magic in Action
As our Legal Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, you will be the first person clients meet, and the calm, organised presence our team relies on.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients with kindness, confidence, and professionalism
* Managing and directing incoming calls
* Scheduling and coordinating appointments and conferences
* Maintaining and organising client files and legal documents
* Preparing and editing correspondence and legal materials
* Assisting with billing, invoicing, and administrative accounts
* Performing general office duties (filing, scanning, photocopying)
* Managing mail, deliveries, and office logistics
* Monitoring office supplies and organising orders
* Supporting the legal team with day-to-day administrative needs
* Offering empathy and understanding to clients going through difficult periods
In other words: keeping the office running like a well‐organised, client‐focused, compassionate powerhouse.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a legal administration or reception role (preferred)
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Impeccable organisation and time‐management
* Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
* Attention to detail – accuracy matters
* A polished, professional presentation
* A collaborative, team‐oriented mindset
* A compassionate approach to client interactions
* Experience in a legal team (highly desirable)
