The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Arborist to join our team. The role involves performing all aspects of tree work, including climbing, pruning, removals, and tree health assessments. You will work in a supportive, high-performance environment with a focus on safety, professionalism, and ongoing skill development.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct tree pruning, removals, and sectional felling in various environments.
* Perform aerial and ground-based tree work, including rigging and bracing.
* Operate and maintain arboriculture equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and climbing gear.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all tasks comply with safety protocols and company standards.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of job safety assessments and equipment maintenance.
About You
* Certificate III in Arboriculture or equivalent qualification (required).
* Proficiency in climbing, rigging, and general arboricultural practices.
* Competent in operating machinery and tools used in arboriculture.
* Current First Aid and Aerial Rescue training (required).
* MR Truck Licence or willingness to obtain (desirable).
* A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
