This role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and make a meaningful difference every day. Our advanced portfolio consists of lasers, medical-aesthetic devices, and surgical robotics, bringing new and innovative aesthetic technologies to the clinical space. We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to provide first level on-site or remote technical support and to ensure the quality and timely service of equipment. You will repair and troubleshoot problems for customers using our aesthetic medical devices, predominantly laser machines. This role is based in Alexandria with travel to customer sites in metro NSW, solving technical problems and issues over the phone. You will work with a small team of skilled technicians in a varied role with time split between field and warehouse.

Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
* Provide specialised support from a remote location by telephone, email, or onsite.
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge and skill in supported products.
* Negotiate timeframes for solution implementation with clients and communicate progress updates throughout problem resolution.
* Manage customer expectations and follow up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* 2+ years proven experience in the installation and ongoing maintenance of electromechanically driven machinery.
* Engineering qualifications in Industrial Electronics, Laser Technology.
* Experience with precision optical and mechanical alignments and medical/laser device support is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
