Duties/Responsibilities:
* Managing contracts through to settlement
* Conducting title searches and company searches
* Communicating with solicitors on behalf of agents
* Providing best practice guidance to agents when required
* Preparing accounts for settlement
* Contributing to team projects and goals
* Performing daily bank reconciliation for the sales trust account
* Managing end-to-end contracts
* Liaising with solicitors
The successful candidate will have:
* A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Sales Administrator
* A highly motivated individual eager to work within an industry-leading team
* Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills
* Switched-on, articulate, and well-presented
