About the Opportunity
The Financial Operations Specialist will provide essential finance and administrative functions to ensure smooth delivery of support services. Key responsibilities include:
* Booking and managing travel and accommodation for clients
* Supporting payroll operations, including acting as backup for processing
* Supporting accounts payable and receivable
* Performing financial checks, reconciliations, and reviews
* Assisting with reporting and compliance as required by program and funding bodies
* Collaborating with other team members to support financial integrity
Requirements
To qualify, you will ideally have experience in finance or bookkeeping, and a high level of integrity and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be honest, trustworthy, and organized, with a strong understanding of numbers and ability to work in a trauma-informed environment.
