We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to CEO to join our client on a perm basis

Location: Darwin

Pay: Up to $94K PA + Super, Salary Sacrificing & 6 Weeks Annual Leave

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to provide high-level executive support in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who thrives in managing multiple responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Your new role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be a trusted and critical member of the leadership team, handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

* Providing high-quality administrative support, including record-keeping, meeting preparation, and document management.
* Drafting correspondence for internal and external communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
* Managing the CEO's diary, scheduling priorities, organising meetings, and preparing supporting documentation.
* Facilitating Board, executive, and committee meetings, handling agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for the CEO, Board of Directors, and subcommittees.
* Supporting the delivery of the Social Media Strategy alongside internal stakeholders.
* Managing expense reporting, reconciliation, and budget tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

* Diploma qualification in Administration, Business, Project Management, or relevant experience in Disability or Community Services.
* At least four (4) years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
* Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board agendas, meeting papers, and reports.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, with an understanding of cultural protocols.
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
