Support Worker Trainee - Certificate III in Individual Support
Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker Trainee to provide essential care and support services to older adults and people with disabilities in Broome.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in providing person-centred care while completing a fully funded Certificate III in Individual Support. They will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals and gain practical experience in a community health service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred care and support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity.
* Provide support to clients with mobility and communication needs, helping them to maintain their quality of life.
* Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for clients, including coordinating care plans and contributing to team meetings.
