About the role Due to continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced and reliable All Round Administrator to join their Brisbane-based team. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple functions of a busy construction office and can confidently manage administration tasks with minimal supervision. You will play a key role supporting the operations, project delivery, accounts, and management teams while helping keep day-to-day office functions running smoothly. Tasks & Responsibilities * General office administration and day-to-day support * Data entry, document control, and maintaining project records * Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and accounts administration * Supporting project managers and site teams with administration tasks * Coordinating subcontractor documentation, inductions, and compliance records * Managing emails, phone calls, scheduling, and supplier coordination * Assisting with timesheets, payroll support, and reporting * Maintaining filing systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases Skills & Experience * Previous experience in an administration role with over 5 years! * Strong organisational and time management skills * High attention to detail and ability to multitask * Confident communication skills both written and verbal * Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word * Ability to work autonomously and support multiple departments * Experience with Xero, highly regarded Benefits & Perks * Stable long-term opportunity with a growing commercial plumbing business * Supportive and down-to-earth team culture * Diverse role with plenty of variety and responsibility * Convenient Brisbane office location * Competitive salary package based on experience About us Need Recruitment support?
