We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the development of our dealer network, ensuring brand compliance and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the rollout of our FAW dealer development plan, prioritizing alignment with brand guidelines.
* Evaluate and ensure that all dealer facilities adhere to brand CI standards.
* Monitor signage and visibility standards to maintain a cohesive brand image.
* Coordinate updates from marketing and other departments to enhance customer facilities.
* Liaise closely with dealer teams and external contractors to achieve project goals.
* Prepare detailed project updates and reports for senior management meetings.
* Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess dealer performance.
* Manage dealer account processes in partnership with the finance department.
* Evaluate dealer display and communication material to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
* Support planning and execution of strategic marketing events.
* Maintain accurate records of marketing databases and coordinate training sessions.
* Develop and deploy online training portals to enhance staff proficiency.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on effective time management and prioritization.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in OEM project management and dealer development.
* Demonstrated project management skills, including leadership and teamwork.
* A valid Code 8 driver's license for frequent travel between locations.
