What You Will Do:
* Develop, implement, and evaluate inclusive and age-appropriate educational programs
* Ensure all programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
* Provide strong leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare
* Build and maintain positive connections with children, families, and the community
* Keep accurate developmental records and communicate progress with families
* Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and childcare regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Completion of Certificate III or IV in Children's Services with proof of enrolment in an AQF Diploma in Children's Services, OR
* Diploma in Children's Services (AQF Level 2) OR Advanced Diploma or higher in Children's Services or Education
* Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or ability to obtain before commencement)
* Valid Working with Children Blue Card
* Current Police Clearance
Desirable:
* Previous experience in early childhood education
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, relevant government regulations, and the ECA Code of Ethics
* Ability to plan and implement engaging educational programs for young children
