We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to assist in driving sales growth and creating memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with the store manager to achieve business objectives, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping environment.
* Support the store manager in building connections within the local community, promoting our brand and products through effective communication and relationship-building.
* Assist in managing the store's finances by monitoring sales performance, understanding customer needs, and contributing to budget planning and control.
* Delegating tasks to your management team to ensure seamless execution of operational activities and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
* Developing and implementing creative ideas to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring your team provides 5-star service.

Management Skills: Ability to navigate difficult conversations, set and manage expectations, and support your management team. Effective time management and prioritization skills are essential for achieving business goals.

Teamwork: Consistently leading by example on the shop floor, working with your team to achieve your goals, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment through development of your team.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to share business messages throughout the store, as well as working with your retailers, your manager, and stores local to you.

Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
