Family Support Specialist
In this dynamic role, you will deliver high-quality support to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess risks and develop effective plans.
* Manage a caseload of families requiring support and guidance.
* Conduct detailed assessments and planning sessions to ensure the best outcomes for families.
* Referral to relevant services and provide ongoing support to clients.
