About the Opportunity
Support dairy and beef cattle producers by providing account management and merchandising services.
You will build strong relationships with clients, provide product knowledge and support, and help them find solutions tailored to their needs.
* Provide product knowledge and support to dairy and beef cattle clients
* Deliver exceptional customer service and foster ongoing client relationships
* Undertake on-farm visits to understand customers' unique requirements and offer solutions that drive their success
* Coordinate sales administration, inventory, order delivery, and general merchandising
* Serve as the primary contact for dairy and beef clients on pricing, logistics, product availability, and problem resolution
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
* Experience working with dairy and/or beef cattle producers or a background in livestock, fencing, or horticulture
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A structured approach to sales and satisfaction in converting prospects to secure new business
* Flexibility to work both in-store and on customer farms
* A clean and current driver's license
