We're seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor with a CAN-DO, positive attitude and a strong SMP background to join our team in a site-based role for a major client on the Kwinana Strip .

What You'll Do
* Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors on piping and SMP scopes
* Plan and schedule daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project targets
* Oversee pipe fabrication, welding, and installation in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site and company procedures
* Review drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specifications, and ITPs ; ensure quality documentation is accurate and complete
* Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues efficiently
* Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and inspections; maintain tidy, compliant work areas
What You'll Bring
* Trade background as a Pipe Fitter, Boilermaker, or Pipe Welder
* Proven experience leading teams on SMP and pressure piping projects
* Strong ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and engineering drawings
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
* Familiarity with quality documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and weld repair procedures
* Understanding of QA/QC processes and safe work practices
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience with SMP works and pressure piping
* In situ piping fabrication experience
* Experience with NDT requests and PWHT processes
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Sound understanding of industry codes and standards, including ASME IX, ASME BPVC B31.3, API 650, API 653, AS1210, AS3990, and AS3992
* Solid understanding of safety systems and resource management

* C-Class Driver's Licence
* High Risk Licence – Forklift (LF) and EWP
* Confined Space and Working at Heights
* White Card
Preferred (Not Essential)
* Section 44 or management/supervision training
* Dangerous Goods Card
