We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial and brand partnerships strategy. This exciting opportunity involves identifying and developing new partnerships, executing co-branded marketing campaigns, and combining business acumen with marketing expertise to drive customer acquisition and market expansion.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimization across platforms.
* Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to fuel business growth.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
* Monitor and analyze partner and affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and acquisition metrics.
* Nurture strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, preferably within the travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle industries.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing large-scale partnerships.
* Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective co-branded campaigns that deliver measurable results.
* Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to build rapport across teams and partners.
* Passion for the travel and tourism industry, with a solid understanding of the ANZ and international markets.
