We are seeking a Casual Hotel Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist guests with enquiries both in person and over the phone
* Manage front office tasks including taking reservations, maintaining guest accounts, and promoting hotel services
* Support guests throughout their stay—from check-in to departure
* Deliver outstanding service by going the extra mile
* Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
* Assist across other areas of the hotel as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (reception experience highly regarded)
* A strong understanding of Protel is an advantage, but training will be provided
* Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A friendly personality and a passion for guest service
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Availability to work across a 7-day roster with flexible shifts
