About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and organised Admin / Receptionist to join our fun and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and loves helping customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and greeting customers
* Scheduling service and installation jobs
* Managing emails and customer enquiries
* Processing invoices, payments and job sheets
* Assisting with stock orders and supplier communication
* Providing general office support to technicians and management
About You:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Experience using SimPRO is essential
* Confident with computer systems and data entry
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous admin or reception experience preferred, ideally in a trades or service environment
