This is a dynamic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to play a vital role in building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support via telephone, email and online chat for all requests members raise in relation to CRM systems and general services support.
Key responsibilities include scenario and training support for clients, liaising with partnership managers and state offices, thorough investigation of service requests, and member user account maintenance and updates.
Other key tasks include attending team meetings, assisting in the development of support documentation, and actively participating in business strategy discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
 * A high level of interpersonal and written communication skills, with strong experience in corporate customer service roles.
 * Computer literacy, preferably with experience in using CRM systems (Siebel preferred) and remote connection software.
 * Ability to apply online knowledge and previous systems support experience or software support experience.
 * Broad financial services industry experience, preferably with an understanding of the loan application process.
