We are looking for an experienced
.NET / Sitecore Developer
to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
Sitecore CMS
,
.NET/.NET Core
,
SQL Server
, and
Microsoft Azure
services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
* Develop and maintain web applications using
.NET / .NET Core
, C#, MVC, and Web APIs.
* Build and customize features within
Sitecore CMS
including templates, components, pipelines, and personalization.
* Integrate Sitecore with external systems using REST API/GraphQL.
Sitecore Platform Engineering
* Design and implement Sitecore Helix-based solutions.
* Manage content authoring workflows, Sitecore items, and SXA (if applicable).
* Perform Sitecore upgrades, patches, and module installations.
Database and Backend
* Work with
SQL Server
to design schemas, stored procedures, queries, and performance optimization.
* Troubleshoot database issues and ensure high availability.
Azure Cloud
* Build and deploy applications on
Azure App Services
, Azure DevOps pipelines, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, etc.
* Support CI/CD pipelines and automate builds/releases.
Performance & Security
* Optimize application performance, caching, indexing, and scalability within Sitecore and API layers.
* Ensure security best practices—identity, access, encryption, and secure API communication.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Partner with architects, QA, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
* 4+ years of hands-on experience with
.NET / .NET Core
development.
* Strong knowledge of
Sitecore XP/ XM
(Sitecore 9.x or newer).
* Experience with
SQL Server
—queries, stored procedures, indexes, optimization.
* Practical experience deploying and managing solutions on
Microsoft Azure
.
* Understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture and Sitecore DevOps practices.
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and modern integration patterns.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have
* Sitecore certification (Developer, Content Hub, XP, XM).
* Experience with
Sitecore XM Cloud
or
Content Hub
.
* Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
* Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or containerization (Docker).
* Experience in personalization, marketing automation, or analytics within Sitecore.
