About the Role
As an Educator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the service, delivering engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences
* Implement and reflect on the EYLF in daily practice
* Ensure compliance with NQS and service policies and procedures
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional team culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
* Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* A current NSW Working With Children Check
* Strong understanding of child development, health, hygiene, and nutrition
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred)
* Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and current Child Protection Training
