* Predominately Monday to Friday roster, with the occasional Saturday (8am-12pm)

Your Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound customer enquiries, phone, online and in person
* Providing product advice and exceptional service to a mix of trade and retail customers
* Assisting with logistics coordination, including order dispatch and delivery tracking
* Supporting daily store operations, inventory management and stock movement
* Stepping up to assist in busy periods and supporting the Store Manager as needed
What We\'re Looking For
* A proactive, hands-on leader with a can-do attitude
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers
* A technical mindset with a willingness to learn product knowledge
* Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service, ideally in machinery, tools or trade supplies
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
* Ability to problem-solve and take initiative, especially during peak trade periods
