**About the Opportunity**
As the Research & Insights Analyst, you will be working within the Strategy & Insights team. With RACV being the largest member organisation in Victoria, you will be supporting initiatives focused on improving the lives in the areas of motoring and mobility, home, energy and leisure for our members and customers, our community and our people.
You will be designing and delivering robust insights and solutions; this could be leveraging existing data assets to working with research companies to creating surveys. You will also have exposure to the various areas at RACV ranging from motoring and mobility to home and energy to leisure.

- Proactive, determined, and self-directed
- Strong time management skills
- We are looking for_
- Having experience in manipulating, interrogating and interpreting data
- Ability to transform data into insights, and to weave into a compelling story
- Experience with SQL or Python
- Higher tertiary qualifications
- Experience in Tableau would be desirable
