* Casual rates: $40.22 - $46.91 p.h. (AO2)
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
* Provide quality person-centred care in a friendly and helpful manner; communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public and departmental staff both person and over the telephone whilst adhering to Queensland Health guidelines on confidentiality.
* Build good relationships with patients, their families and work colleagues by using strong communication and negotiation skills and deliver a service that meets their needs with adherence to policy and standards.
* Access and utilise a wide variety of patient and corporate information systems to accurately record all demographic and other mandatory patient information relative to work environment.
* Perform a variety of administrative duties using defined processes which may include but not limited to: undertaking patient and appointment data entry by using a wide range of data bases and systems, maintaining accurate and up to date patient records including batching patient information in preparation for scanning, ordering office supplies; daily billing activity and documentation; support patient correspondence activities and other general administrative tasks.
