AO3 Project Support Officer (Delivery Support)

Contract Sunshine Coast | Site-based once projects commence

We are seeking a capable AO3 Project Support Officer to play a key role supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This position provides high-level administrative, coordination and document control support to Project Managers and delivery teams, ensuring projects are well organised, compliant and progressing efficiently.

You will be a trusted support resource, managing critical project documentation, coordinating meetings and maintaining registers while contributing to smooth day-to-day project operations.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing document control systems, records, version control and access
* Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking
* Maintaining project registers, correspondence logs and reporting tools
* Providing high-level administrative support to Project Managers and teams
* Preparing project correspondence, spreadsheets and reports
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery

About you:

* Proven experience in project or administrative support roles
* Strong attention to detail and document management capability
* Confident using Microsoft Office and electronic document systems
* Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

Working Hours:

* Up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Business hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm
