About the Role
As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to various departments within our organisation. This role requires someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to undertake a range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Support: Assist in creating purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate records in SAP and coordinating half-yearly stocktakes.
* Sales Support: Process daily production sales orders, assist customers with queries and new vendor/customer applications.
* Services Support: Administer access to site requirements and monitor compliance records.
* Management Support: Assist management team with customer and supplier documentation, relationship management and other administrative tasks.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
