McCosker Contracting are seeking applications from Civil Construction Supervisors to join our team on a project in Gladstone, Queensland. 2 weeks on: 1 week off Fly in, Fly out Meals, accommodation and flights provided Reporting to the Project Superintendent, these positions will provide effective hands-on supervision of the project workforce to deliver contracted works in accordance with the client program. This role will be responsible for effective management of workers including subcontractors, planning and monitoring daily schedule of work, regular communication with site leadership and other stakeholders, encouraging a positive safety culture, and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental systems are met.
