**THE ROLE**
Support the delivery of complex façade systems on high-rise developments.
- Coordinate façade design documentation and detail
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design compliance and constructability
- Support procurement activities, including managing overseas suppliers and logistics
- Track design progress, approvals, and revisions across project stages
- Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Review drawings and design deliverables
- Strategic 2D/3D modelling required for tenders documenting access, system design and client presentations
**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in façade curtain wall and window wall system design coordination for high-rise buildings
- Prior experience working as a facade subcontractor on packages valued over $5m
- Familiarity with international procurement processes and documentation
- Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
- Prior experience in 2D and 3D drafting
- Ability to coordinate work priorities, meet deadlines and achieve program targets
