Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice on a range of products to allocated markets and achieving results through your own efforts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
* Analyzing specific problems and issues to find the best solutions.
* Receiving visitors and assisting with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
* Scheduling follow-up actions and entering relevant information into the CRM system after each contact with a customer.
* Developing and implementing a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization.
* Monitoring and assessing sales and market data for a specific geographic region to assist management in identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification).
* A clear criminal and credit check.
* A minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in sales.
* Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
