The role
* Lead day‐to‐day site delivery on high‐rise residential towers
* Oversee structures, finishes and services across multiple fronts
* Manage Foremen, Leading Hands and large trade teams
* Drive program, safety, quality and site culture
* Work closely with the Site Manager and Project team
Essential experience
* Proven high‐rise residential tower experience (non‐negotiable)
* General Foreman or Senior Foreman background
* Strong understanding of structures and finishes
* Confident leading complex, fast‐paced residential sites
* Only candidates with high‐rise residential tower experience will be considered.
