As an Occupational Therapist in our graduate program, you will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your clinical skills and knowledge, with a focus on delivering high-quality services that support people with disability to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-centered services that promote independence, participation, and well-being
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients in achieving their goals and outcomes
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions to identify and address barriers to participation and community engagement
* Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
* Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong problem-solving approach
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
