Career Transition Specialist

Deliver assessments and guidance to individuals navigating a sudden change in career aspirations and circumstances. Conduct thorough assessments to empower people towards their new career, collaborate with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

* Determine Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support injured employees in returning to the workforce.
* Visit workplaces to comprehend the challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the benefits of healthy work practices.
* Achieve up to 8 additional days of leave per year – 4 'Personal Time' days of extra leave, pet leave, and volunteering leave, as well as paid study leave.
* Benefit from paid study leave and experienced mentorship - all managers have 5-30 years of experience.
