Job Description
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team providing high levels of customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception, incoming phone calls and all correspondence, including emails.
The role involves interacting in a professional and courteous manner with all families, community members and visitors, providing clerical and administrative support to staff, and managing the secure handling and storage of client files and general files.
* The Administration Officer will provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and referrals, and resolving issues efficiently.
* This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) position that requires strong administration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
* At least two years' experience providing administrative support to a busy office, preferably in the human services or therapeutic industry.
* A proven ability to multi-task, work accurately and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
