About The Role
Grampians Health Ballarat is seeking Grade 2 and Grade 3 Physiotherapists for multiple positions across Care Communities, Women's & Children's Services, and Acute Inpatient Short Stay Unit. These roles offer the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy care in specialised settings, while contributing to service development and mentoring within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

* Care Communities Permanent Full-Time with ADO Starting January 2026 (flexible start date available) Position Description - click here

Skills & Experience
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Demonstrated clinical experience in relevant specialty areas.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
* Leadership experience including mentoring and service development (desirable).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and tailored treatment plans.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions including exercise prescription and equipment recommendations.
* Support and mentor junior staff and students.
* Contribute to service development initiatives, clinical governance, and quality improvement.
* Communicate effectively across teams and management levels.
