Engaging in completing all site audits including internal audits and implement any identified corrective actions in a timely manner
What we are looking for
As an integral part of the team within a wider business, you will be a clear communicator and an effective team player that can manage and prioritise multiple projects.
While there are technical elements to this role that you will need proven experience in, it's not all that we're looking for.
We want people who:
Have an uncompromising safety first and zero harm attitude
Have true leadership potential and are hungry to achieve goals
Are honest and hold themselves accountable
Always look for how to turn 'good' into 'great' by doing
Are experienced in managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment

Be prepared to work hands-on alongside the maintenance team on projects
Have a trade background, and engineering qualification or relevant comparable experience
In Return
We are a global company with a diverse range of opportunities both locally and abroad, with an ongoing training programme.
We take great pride in the efforts of our team members who create a supportive team environment and make ASSA ABLOY such a great place to work.
If you are looking to unlock your full potential and make an impact on the future of an iconic Australian brand such as Lockwood, this is the role for you.
