We are currently seeking an experienced
Electrical Supervisor
to join our Service and Projects team in Tom Price, Western Australia.
About the Role
This role is crucial to the execution and delivery of high-quality results for both servicing and project work, across various mine sites (Top Tier) and mining towns in the region.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage our Electrical team and Resources including HSEQ compliance
* Scheduling and roster management
* Client interactions and business growth
* Quoting and estimating functions
* Procurement activities
* Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, standards, and safety procedures
* Mentoring and training of all team members including apprentices
What We Are Looking For
* Electrical supervisory experience within construction and maintenance works in the mining, industrial or commercial sector
* Previous experience in stakeholder engagement and business growth
* Computer literacy across Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated experience in quoting, procurement, and crew scheduling
* Willingness to lead by example and always adhere to safe work practices
* Effective communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
* Adaptability and flexibility to travel and work in remote, diverse environments
* Cross-cultural awareness
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical and alcohol / drug screen
* Full permanent Australian working rights
Essential Qualifications
* Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
* Nominee's licence and S26 qualification (highly desirable)
* Cert III Electrical
* White Card
* Valid Driver's licence
* National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
* First Aid qualifications including LVR and CPR (current)
At least one of the following (current):
* First Attack Firefighting Equipment
* First Response to Fire Incidents
* Confined Space
* Valid BHP and/or Rio inductions (preferred)
