Job Title: Business Development Associate
We are a leading importer and distributor of Secure Identification production equipment, representing a major Global Manufacturer.
Our dynamic team prides itself on supplying high-quality products with excellent customer service and delivery in a competitive market.
The Role:
* Existing account management
* Identify new leads
* Lead generation
* Quoting and pricing
* Following up and executing the sale
* Pre-installation liaison with technical teams and facilitating demonstrations
* Post-installation follow-up with customers
* Ongoing customer support
* Maintaining an accurate CRM for the business
Closer collaboration with the manager of the re-seller channel, procurement, marketing, technicians, and warehouse managers is required.
Key attributes for success include effective communication and travel to canvas new business and manage existing customers across Australia, PNG, and Fiji (subject to COVID regulations).
This is an office-based and on-the-road role. Applications from international applicants without permanent working rights in Australia will be discarded.
