Donor Program Coordinator (Administrator)

Queensland Fertility Group (QFG) is one of Queensland's leading fertility providers, helping people become parents through the donation of sperm, eggs, embryos, and via surrogacy arrangements. We work with both known and de-identified donors, providing guidance and support at every stage of the journey.
We are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Donor Program Coordinator (Administrator) to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a full time (1.0 FTE)12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become an ongoing permanent role.
In this role, you will work across all donor programs while also contributing to key projects that ensure full compliance with Queensland legislation. The position requires strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work with empathy and professionalism in a patient-focused environment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating the delivery of QFG's donor programs, including sperm, egg, embryo, and surrogacy pathways
* Supporting donors and intended parents throughout the program process, ensuring accurate and timely communication
* Managing donor linking enquiries and conducting record searches to update medical, consent, and contact details
* Assisting with program administration, including donor databases, waitlists, and allocation processes
* Providing support to the wider donor program team as needed
* Participating in auditing of donor files, records, and communications to ensure compliance with legislation and QFG policies
* Contributing to donor program projects aimed at improving compliance, processes, and patient experience
The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong administration and database management experience
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Previous experience in fertility, healthcare, or compliance-based administration (desirable but not essential)
