**The Role**
**Duties**
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and solve workforce and resourcing challenges
- Complete business development activities to establish relationships with new clients
- Support the management of JK's On-hire workforce
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry will be highly regarded, however is not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- A proactive approach to work
- Valid drivers license
