About the Role
Lacoste is seeking an experienced and commercially drivenKey Account Managerto manage and grow our Footwear, Textile and Accessories categories across key wholesale partners, including department stores and major national retailers. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role will be responsible for driving sell-in performance, managing seasonal ranges, delivery execution, and strengthening relationships with buying teams to ensure premium brand positioning across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts, achieving and exceeding seasonal sell-in targets
Develop tailored account strategies and negotiate terms, pricing and trading agreements
Lead seasonal range presentations with buying teams and collaborate with Merchandising to create assortments aligned with brand strategy
Oversee end-to-end delivery process, working with Operations and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full fulfilment
Provide accurate sales forecasting, monitor order intake and identify risks and opportunities
Build strong relationships with buyers, planners and senior stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service
Analyse market, competitor and sell-through data to inform commercial decisions
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in wholesale account management within fashion, footwear or lifestyle brands
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire buying teams
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint
Passion for premium retail and building strong brand partnerships
