ABOUT OUR CLIENT
This established family-owned construction company has delivered quality residential and commercial projects across the region for over twenty years. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Qualified Carpenters to join their team.
WHAT THEY OFFER
* $35–$45 per hour plus overtime and super, based on experience
* Full-time hours, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday

THE ROLE
You will play a hands-on role across residential and commercial builds, contributing directly to high-quality outcomes within a well organised, safety-led team.
Work includes:
* Framing & Structural: Residential and commercial carpentry from framing through to roof frameworks, walls and floors
* Internal Fit-Out & Finishing: Doors, windows, skirting, trim, mouldings and detailed finishing work
* Custom Joinery: Cabinetry, shelving and bespoke built-in features
* External Works: Decks, pergolas, fencing and outdoor structures
* Site Standards & Safety: Maintaining WHS compliance, clean worksites and high-quality finishes
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with other trades to deliver consistent project outcomes
ABOUT YOU
You are a qualified or experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, values doing things properly, and enjoys being part of a dependable team.
You will have:
* Carpentry trade qualification or completed apprenticeship
* Experience in residential and/or renovation work
* Ability to read plans and use tools confidently
* Sound knowledge of WHS practices
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
